Tanty is the Founder and CEO of our company, a dynamic and visionary leader with a reputation for being an energetic problem-solver and a self-starter. With a strong background in global industries, she brings over two decades of diverse experience, particularly excelling in event management, project implementation, and team communication. Her people-centered approach and cross-cultural insight make her a natural connector.
Born and raised at the foot of Mount Ciremai in West Java, Indonesia, Tanty grew up near a local limestone and natural stone quarry. Early on, she developed a critical view of the mining industry due to its environmental impact. However, her perspective shifted profoundly when she joined Atlas Copco, a global leader in mining and infrastructure technology, where she worked for six years. Her experience there helped her understand how, in the right hands and with the right technology, the mining sector can be a powerful force for good—driving progress, creating jobs, supporting infrastructure, and supplying the raw materials essential to modern life. Through her involvement in Atlas Copco’s Water for All project, she also witnessed how mining companies can contribute meaningfully to local communities and social development.
Tanty describes herself as highly adaptable—a quality shaped by a 20-year career across multiple industries and countries. She began her professional journey in the beauty industry in 2004, which led her to Limkokwing University of Technology in Malaysia. This international experience opened her eyes to the richness of global collaboration and diversity. Upon returning to Indonesia, she joined the German logistics firm DB Schenker, where she worked for two years before taking a role at Atlas Copco Nusantara.
In 2018, Tanty moved to Sweden to join her husband. Despite the challenges of adapting to a new language and culture, she continued to grow professionally by joining the British International School of Stockholm. Today, she lives in Atlanta, USA.
Tanty has lived and worked in Indonesia, Malaysia, Sweden, and the United States. She is fluent in Sundanese, Indonesian, Malay, and English, has little knowledge of Swedish, and is currently learning Spanish. She strongly believes that learning languages is a bridge to connection, empathy, and collaboration among people of all backgrounds.
For Tanty, education is important—but she believes that lasting success comes from more than academic achievement. She champions the value of developing positive habits, strong communication and interpersonal skills, embracing new challenges, and maintaining a growth mindset.
